SOLUTION SUPPORT [2025]
For Solution Support, a staffing and recruitment agency, I created a paper-rip-style ad as part of their campaign to recruit new employees. The film embraces the rough edges of the care they deliver, showing their personal approach, tailored to each individual, sometimes coloring outside the lines to give people the support they need.
This mixed media animation blends physical materials with digital composition, combining analog textures with digital motion. For the film, I used existing stock images to create multiple storylines that move from right to left, passing across the screen like a timeline or a photobook. Still images that move.
Through these stories, we see various journeys across different areas of care. The film speaks from two perspectives, that of the clients and the social workers themselves. The campaign’s slogan, “Work That Matters”, addresses the people working in the social domain. The journeys move from point A to point B, with the caregiver playing a central role. The film aims to show what it means to be there for someone, to make a difference in someone else’s life, and at the same time, what you get in return.
